Fedex shipping charge not calculating

Hello, the company I work for has FedEx integrated shipping, but they are not currently using it because it is not accurately calculating and charging shipping rates. I reviewed the setup and everything seems to be properly configured. Does anyone have a step by step on how to fulfill and ship a Sales Order and get the charges to accurately calculate? Thank you!!!
