EXW and DAP locations on the Account list is not working

even logout and log in after creating the EXW and DAP locations on the Account list is not working.

the DEFAULT TRANSFER ORDER INCOTERMS on the ordermanage tab is still now show the 2 incoterms created.

but it is showing in the incoterm field on "Transfer order" form? how come?
