In NetSuite, a feature called Resource Allocations is designed to assist resource managers to efficiently select and allocate the right resources to projects based on their availability and skills. With this feature, managers can strategically plan and distribute the team's time across different projects, ensuring efficient utilization.
Enabling the feature:
Pre-requisites: Projects, Project Management (please check New to NetSuite | Creating Projects using Project Management)
1.) Navigate to Set Up > Company > Enable Features
