WMS transaction locked using SCM mobile screen

Hello,

While using WMS to receive a purchase order we are receiving this error.

Only 1 user has been given access to this function, so we assume that the employee entered a new session thus causing this error. Is there somewhere the admin can see locked records and/or the setting to remove lockout?
