Report on inventory changes since a specific date

I'm trying to create a report that will show only items where the inventory quantity of on hand and/or available have changed in a certain period. If I filter on the various transactions I cannot figure out how to pull the on hand value but if I look at the inventory numbers there aren't any activity dates. Is it possible?
