Work Order Edit defaults cursor to new line on WO...

Is it standard functionality that when you "Edit" a work order the cursor defaults to the a new line at the end of the WO? I can replicate this on 2023.2 and 2024.1. It does not appear to happen on other transaction forms withe lines, just with WO

It is annoying when you have WO's with 20+ lines and only need to edit one of the header fields.

I have not noticed this until recently...
