NSC | Resolve: International Tax Report Showing Zero Values
Scenario
User is getting zero values on the International Tax Report despite having data.
Solution
- Check the preference set for the user via Home>Set preference>Analytics tab.
- Make sure that the Report By Period field in Home > Set Preferences > Analytics subtab is set to either Financials Only or All Reports.
- Verify if relevant report permission/s has been set to at least View level for the user.
Once the necessary preferences and permissions have been set for the user, Refresh the report and it should now display the data accordingly.
