NSC | SuiteTax Latam: Tax Details Override Field
Scenario
User is trying to create and save a bill, however, he noticed that the TAX DETAILS OVERRIDE field disappeared.
Solution
There were similar concerns regarding the SuiteTax LATAM that were filed previously as defect but was concluded by the engineers as not a bug because of the following:
- By using the native Tax Override checkbox, the SLE plugin execution is skipped it may cause impact on tax calculation for customers.
- This is mentioned in Help Center:
- "SuiteTax's Tax Details Override box is not available on transactions to which the SuiteTax Latam Engine applies."
