Workflow to set Purchase Orders to Closed after expired
I would like to set a workflow to automatically close Purchase Orders after they have been expired for 90 days.
I have a saved search setup to return the list of these expired PO's.
Saved Search Criteria:
I have setup a scheduled workflow to do this. But it does not appear to be setting the correct field value as closed.
I have tried setting the fields, Purchase status and Order Status as Closed. Neither have worked. Workflow log shows that the scheduled workflow is running.
I suspect either the event or the field is not the correct one to get this to automatically be closed 90 days after they expire.
