New to NetSuite | Fixed Asset Management > Precompute Depreciation Values and Reset Asset Values

In this article, we’ll go over each of them thoroughly, so you can have a better grasp of how you can use it.

Precompute Depreciation Values Button:

The Fixed Assets Management SuiteApp offers the functionality to project the Depreciation Schedule for the entire lifetime of the Asset.

Example: We have here a newly created asset.

If you navigate to the Depreciation History tab > Depreciation Histories, this is where a forecast of all the depreciation should be; however, since this is a newly created asset, it is not available yet.

To trigger the process, do this:

  1. Navigate to Fixed Asset
