NSC | Payment File Format Missing On Company Bank Details
Scenario: User is unable to select the EFT Payment File Format when creating a Company Bank Details.
To resolve this, we need to check if the License is active by doing a Manual License Request. Just navigate to Setup > License Client > Manual License Request.
After performing a Manual License Request, go to Setup > License Client > Audit Trail.
Then check if the Electronic Payment License Data Response is {"status":"Inactive"}. If yes, it is best to file a Support Case for License provisioning.
