NSC | Financial Report by Date

Scenario

User wants to give a user the ability to display financial reports like the Trial Balance by a specific date range instead of by period.

Solution

The report's period by date in NetSuite can be customized by users via Home > Set Preferences > Analytics tab > Report by Period field.

To customize Financial Reports by specific date instead of accounting period:

  1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences
  2. Click the Analytics tab
  3. Report by Period: Select Never
  4. Click Save

Note: This is a user preference and can be changed any time as preferred.
