NSC | Resolve "A User Error Has Occurred" on Transactions Portlet in a Vendor Dashboard
Scenario
A user is seeing the error "A User Error Has Occurred" in the Transactions portlet when navigating to the Vendor Dashboard of a Vendor record. The user has attempted to remove and add back the Transactions portlet in the Dashboard but the error is still encountered. This error is only happening to one user.
The user has performed basic troubleshooting such as clearing browser cache, logging in to NetSuite using multiple browsers, restarting the computer, etc., but the error is still encountered.
Solution
This error may have been encountered due to some personalization the user did on the Transactions portlet, such as filtering the list based on a specific transaction type.
