Missing wave for sales order in saved search

I am confused to why I have a saved search that doesn't show the wave of the sales order on some sales orders. You can see in the screenshots in the related section that the sales order was waved and has a wave record. For some reason it doesn't show up as an applying transaction in the saved search. Any ideas? Many other sales orders do have the wave showing but some do not. I am struggling to figure out what the difference between the sales orders or waves is that is causing them to produce different results.
