NSC | Bank Account drop down Is Empty in EFT - Bill Payments
Scenario: User is processing EFT Bill Payments but no Bank Account is showing on the Bill Payment Processing page.
This may be due to the Bank Account selected on Bank Details being Inactive or the License is inactivated.
To resolve, go to Payments > Setup > Bank Details and check the Company Bank Details Bank Account if it is Active.
If the Bank Account is not inactive, then we need to perform a Manual License Request.
Navigate to Setup > License Client > Manual License Request.
After performing a Manual License Request, go back to Payments > Payment Processing > Bill Payment Processing and confirm if Bank Account is now showing.
