NSC | How to Create a Dataset for Inactive Elimination Accounts
SCENARIO:
User is tasked with creating a dataset for inactive elimination accounts in their NetSuite instance. The challenge is that these accounts do not have a unique identifier specifically for elimination accounts, making it difficult to distinguish them from other accounts. User tried to create an Account Saved Search to no avail since this is a system limitation under enhancement 239282 To make Eliminate Intercompany Transactions available on criteria and results options
SOLUTION:
1.) Click Analytics
2.) Go to Datasets > New Dataset
3.) Select Account
4.) In the Records list, select Account
5.) Add the following filters:
Inactive = True
Eliminate Intercompany Transactions = True
6.) Rename Dataset
7.) Save Dataset
