NSC | How To Show English Characters of Bill State In A Payment File With Other Language?
Currently, to show English characters in a Payment File with other language is a system limitation and the only known work around for the Payment File to show the English character is to create a custom field that would source the value of the State and this would be the one to be used in the Payment File.
As an alternate solution, here are the steps you may try: (Please note that for some cases the alternate solution might work and for some it does not)
I. Create a Vendor record Saved Search to display the Billing Address's State/Province Display Name
