NSC | How To Show Shipping Cost In Customer Record?
Scenario: User would like to show the Shipping Cost of transactions in the Customer record.
To achieve this, we need to customize the view of the Customer.
Here are the steps we may take:
- Open the Customer record
- Under the Sales > Transactions tab, click on Customize View
- Under the Results tab, add: Shipping Cost
- Add Search Title
- Click Save
- Go back to the Customer record
- Under the Sales > Transactions tab, select the Search on the VIEW dropdown
