NSC | How To Resolve Error "SSS_INVALID_SRCH_COL An nlobjSearchColumn contains an invalid column"?
Scenario: User is trying to process transactions on the Payments > Payment Processing > Bill Payment Processing page but an error message is encountered: "SSS_INVALID_SRCH_COL An nlobjSearchColumn contains an invalid column, or is not in proper syntax: XXXX"
This error is due to an Electronic Payment script that searches for all Entity records.
To resolve this error, here are the steps we may take:
- Check the Custom Entity Field mentioned in the error message
- Apply the Custom Field to other entity records: Customer, Employee, and Partner
After applying the Custom Field, reprocess the Payment File Administration records by following these steps:
