New to NetSuite | Change the Favicon of your SuiteCommerce Site

Branding is an important aspect of e-commerce, and one of the features you can customize in SuiteCommerce is adding your favicon.

A favicon is a tiny, 16x16 pixel icon that web browsers use to represent a website or web page. Short for "favorite icon," favicons typically appear on browser tabs, but they can also be seen in the bookmark bar, browsing history, and search results next to the page URL.

To update your SuiteCommerce site favicon, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet
  2. Go to the folder for the images in Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - SCS > SuiteCommerce Standard > extensions > SC > Threads > 1.0.0
