NSC | How to Redirect Users to the SSO Provider’s Login Screen When Opening NetSuite Account URLs
By default, opening URLs linked to NetSuite Accounts redirects users to NetSuite’s login screen, where users can enter their user credentials. For some who are using SAML SSO, this could confuse users who do not know their passcodes.
To redirect users to their SSO Provider’s login screen instead, NetSuite Accounts can be set up by navigating to Setup > Integrations > SAML Single Sign On and then ticking the Primary Authentication Method checkbox.
