Issuing Inventory to a department

I am unable to identify a transaction type to inventory such as office supplies using inventory module.

The Inventory item profile already has the correct GL accounts mapped.

The GL Impact for such a transaction should be debit Office supplies exp / credit Inventory.

There is a transaction called Inventory Adjustment which does not solve this issue.
