Assembly Build questions
A few basic questions regarding Assembly Builds
Inventory Detail autopopulates Bin and Quantity for all components in Assembly Build example in screenshot below. However, 3 components require opening inventory detail to click OK. Is this expected behavior because the Work Order Qty is greater than Quantity On Hand for components can build? None of the components are lot or serial
What is the advantage of using Work Orders, then creating Assembly Builds from Work Orders rather than going directly to Build Assemblies? Is it primarily to plan production and create partial builds?
What is the advantage of using Build Work Orders page? Is this tool primarily used to batch or bulk build group of Work Orders
