Transaction Search - Can I separate item lines into item detail to get Serial Numbers individually?

Hi all~

I'm not great at saved searches but have put together most of what I need so far for a transaction search that gets certain details on IRs and IFs.

The only addition I'm being asked for is if I could separate the serialized items into separate lines for each serial number. Does anyone know of how I might be able to achieve this?
