Issue with Capturing Tokenized Payment in NetSuite via CyberSource

edited Aug 12, 2024 2:27PM in Ask A Guru 5 comments

Hello,

We are facing an issue with capturing authorized transactions in NetSuite using CyberSource. Here’s our current setup:

  1. Our website authorizes customer card transactions, which are tokenized through CyberSource.
  2. Once the order is authorized, it is pushed to NetSuite, and the token is attached as a payment instrument under the payment method "Payment Card Token."
  3. We have a process within NetSuite that creates a customer deposit and attempts to capture the customer token received from the website integration.

The problem: When we attempt to create a customer deposit transaction, the authorized transaction is not being captured. Instead, a new transaction is being created in CyberSource.

Howdy, Stranger!
