MRP multiple build locations

We have one location (named Despatch) for sales orders to be fulfilled that replenishes stock from two different buildings that have separate locations on NetSuite. The locations A & B both share components that are ordered in from location A so our definition is set up as location A.

The issue with this is that our rule group only allows the despatch location to have one source location which make work orders but we build work orders in both location A & B however all work orders are set as location A as default. Is there a known way around this issue?
