Automate Price Level Mark Up by Vendor

Is there a way to include a Price Level Mark Up by Vendor?

Say I want all items by ACME to have a 10% markup. Other than doing a CSV import or adding the price-level markup manually per item, is there a way to have a markup dependent on the vendor?
