Netsuite Issue with Ship-To Address Sync in Avalara
From 8/28/2024, the ship-to address on many of our invoices was synced incorrectly to our company ship-from address in Avalara. (ship to = ship from) , instead of their actual address.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? We have submitted tickets through both NetSuite and Avalara, but neither tech support team has been able to resolve it. As a result, all of our sales tax reporting is incorrect which means we need manually correct them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
