New to NetSuite|Resolving “An error occurred during checkout” when using PayPal as a Payment Option
There have been some reports of issues encountered by shoppers when selecting PayPal as the payment method during checkout. Shoppers attempting to place an order receive the error message: "An error occurred during checkout."
To resolve this issue, we should examine the configuration of the Business PayPal account.
- Navigate to www.paypal.com
- Login using the business PayPal account
- Click Account Settings
- Under Account Access > API Access > Click Update
- Click Pre-Built Solution
- Review the 3rd Party API Users
