Purchase Order | Purchase Requisition

Greetings Community, Is there a possibility to have Purchase Requisition Number on Purchase Order Transaction.
When a PO is created from Requisition, the Requisition Number should be showing up in that PO.

It can be preferably in Transaction Header Level or at least link in Related Records.

Please let us know if there is any possibility.
