ERROR: Field Not Found appears on customized message related to a saved search

I created custom fields for a custom record (This is a demo for myself). Then I created a saved search in order to notify when a new ticket has been created, so I customized a message with the fields to be on the email but this is the issue:
As I'm testing this piece of work, I have received the notifications when I open a ticket but for some reason there are two fields which are custom fields that show "ERROR: Field Not Found". I checked the set up for these two fields and I unchecked the "Store Value" as I read it was recommended but it's still failing. Then I checked the access subtab on the record set up for these fields and both are in "Edit" for Level for Search/Reporting but it's still failing.
