Email integration
Hi, we currently have 18 mail boxes that are looked after by 18 separate locations. We wish to merge these so that one team deals with all the emails and would like to integrate this with our NetSuite.
We have been looking into - Using Email Case Capture - found within the Help Centre. My concerns regarding this are:
- For quick replies to easy questions, are we creating a bigger than needed job by creating a case.
- When a customer replies to an email (sent from within NS), will this raise a case or is there a way we will be notified of a reply
