Is it Possible to Split a Work Order Component Across Multiple Work Orders?
If anyone knows…
Is it possible to "split" a single component across multiple Work Orders? We are a job shop and utilize sheets of metal in manufacturing our products. Before every item is made, we first have a layout team that uses CAD software to determine optimal sheet usage, which means that it is very common that we are able to combine multiple products onto a single sheet to save on scrap and costs. However, we see no capabilities within NetSuite for this, to be able to attribute a single component across more than one Work Order.
