Can the "constituent" under Invoice pull billable expenses based off the grant segment ?

When invoicing the "constituent" is required. For our organization it represents our funders. Once that Is selected you can see all the billable expenses associated to it. However, there are cases where some expenses are missing. This is because the "constituent" wasn't filled on the line level.

My question is if the line transactions have the grant segment tagged which is supposed to track the funders (constituent/sponsor) as well. Is it a way for those transactions to show under billable expenses as well ?
