edited Jan 7, 2025 2:46PM in Basic Accounting

Transferring funds between different accounts might sound complex, but it’s actually a straightforward process. In this guide, we’ll provide a quick overview and introduce first how it works.

What is a Transfer Fund?

A transfer fund involves moving money from one account to another. In a corporate setting, this often means sending money between different branches or subsidiaries of the same parent company. This can help with managing expenses, investments, or operational costs.

You may navigate to Transactions > Bank > Transfer Funds

8 Steps to Transfer Funds:

  1. Choose the Source Account: Start by selecting the account you want to transfer money from. This could be your primary checking account, savings account, or any other account you hold. Make sure you have sufficient funds available for the transfer.
