NetSuite - Changes in Product Reviews and Product List Bundles Permissions Level

This notice applies to customers who are using a version of SuiteCommerce Advanced in combination with either Reference Product List or Reference Product Reviews, or both.

What is Changing?

Currently both the Product Reviews and Product List bundles have custom records with permissions that need to be changed to provide a higher level of security. To achieve this, we will introduce two new roles to execute the services and we will lower the access level for the custom records contained in the bundles. This change is planned for February 18, 2025. Until then, everything will work as expected. After this date, if the patch mentioned in this communication is not applied, your web store's functionality may be affected. New roles will be added to the following bundles:
