Bulk Disposal of Fixed Assets – Journal Entry Grouping
Hi Team,
We need to dispose of a large number of fixed assets (over 900). Currently, while we can group multiple assets together when initiating disposals, each asset is still released as an individual journal entry.
We’d like to check if there’s a way to consolidate disposals into fewer journal entries. While we understand that all 900+ assets might not fit into a single journal, is there a way to group them into batches—perhaps 50 or 100 assets per journal—to significantly reduce processing time?
Since we have an approval workflow set up for journal entries, minimizing the number of journals generated would help streamline the process.
