Partner Field Enabled but not showing on forms

I have Partners including Multi-Partners enabled in NetSuite. I have customized the forms for Sales Order and Invoices to appear.

But it doesn't show up on the form. It should be where the red box is.

On existing SO it looks like it should be pulling in/be available.

I have the same issue on invoices. This was tested in Sandbox and seems to be working fine. What can I check?
