SuiteBilling - Customization of "Record Failures" Table in Billing Operation
Dear NetSuite Community,
We are currently using SuiteBilling, and in the Billing Operation screen (under the Failures > Record Failures subtab), we want to customize the failure result table.
Specifically, we would like to add an additional column ("Parent Customer") before the Sales Order column, to provide better visibility into failed transactions.
Kindly confirm:
- Is the Record Failures table customizable via Saved Search, Custom Record view, or any SuiteScript exposure?
- If it's part of a locked SuiteApp or managed bundle, can it be customized through any supported means (e.g., extension or script deployment)?
- Is there any NetSuite-supported way to expose the
