New to NetSuite | What is SuiteCommerce My Account?
SuiteCommerce My Account is a web service portal that allows customer to manage their account information and view orders or pay for invoices. This is similar to Customer Portal in NetSuite, but customers have no access to the NetSuite User Interface.
Unlike SuiteCommerce Advanced or Standard, SuiteCommerce My Account does not incorporate Shopping or checkout related features.
What SuiteCommerce My Account has to offer?
- Purchases area includes information about current and past purchases and the ability to request returns or refunds.
- Ability to Request Quotes.
- Have access to Billing information, including account balances, invoices, transaction history, and printable statements.
- Account settings, such as email preferences, and password management.
