Shipping for Purchase Order

Our UPS account is integrated with our NetSuite account. If we created a purchase order and we are responsible for the shipping costs (on our UPS account) to send the items to a vendor that's going to complete the work, what's the best practice for adding the shipping charge on the purchase order that we're responsible for paying (not the vendor we're sending it to)?
