NSC | Resolve Error: Invalid linesubsidiary reference key XX for subsidiary XX when importing AICJE
Scenario:
A user is trying to import an Advanced Intercompany Journal but receives an error message stating, 'Invalid linesubsidiary reference key [XX] for subsidiary [XX].' They seek guidance on resolving this issue and completing the import process successfully
Solution:
Cause: In the field mapping, the reference type being used for Line Subsidiary field is “Names”. It is possible that user inputted internal id of subsidiary in the csv file but wasn't able to change the reference type in the mapping.
How to solve: Use Internal ID as reference type then change the Subsidiary column values to reflect the internal ID for each line subsidiary. You can do this by clicking the
