Reactivate and Terminate subscription on the same day

Hi,

Unable to terminate a subscription that was reactivated (from suspend status) on the same day.

Under subscription management, default start of day setting is TRUE.

Please advise what should be the correct process and why the system doesn't allow the termination in this scenario.
