Custom Object Naming Convention...

I see a lot of different NetSuite Accounts that have been worked on buy a lot of hands over the years. It always brings the question of Naming conventions to mind.

Do you have a Naming convention for Custom Objects, and Scripts on your NetSuite Instance? If you are a contractor or consultant how do you handling object naming?

What is your Naming Convention?

Is it documented anywhere?

Is it followed?
