NSC | Planned Work Order Not Visible on Close Work Order Page
Scenario:
A user is attempting to close a Planned Work Order but finds that it does not appear on the Close Work Order page. This leads to confusion about whether the work order is eligible for closure and why it might be missing from the expected list.
Solution:
Upon further investigation, it has been determined that the Close Work Order page only displays Work Orders that utilize the Work In Progress (WIP) feature. This applies regardless of the Work Order status—whether it is Planned, Released, or In Process. To include In ProcessWork Orders for closing, ensure the option "Include In-Process Work Orders" is checked.
