Unable to Add Email Campaign Domain – “All secure domain licenses already in use”
Hi,
I’m setting up a custom domain (e.g. marketing.mycompany.com) for our upcoming marketing email campaigns in NetSuite, but when I try to add the domain under Commerce > Hosting > Domains, I get an error.
If I do not check SSL, it forces me to use SSL:
'Record Not Saved Use SSL Certificate to Secure Domain must be set.'
If I select SSL, either automatic or manual, upon save, I get the following error messages:
'Record Not Saved - Unable to deploy secure domain, because the provisioned amount would be exceeded.'
'All secure domain licenses are already in use. To set up a secure domain, free up an existing license, or purchase more licenses.
