NSC | Generate Country Tax Report > Fail

Scenario

The user mentioned that after creating a transaction and subsequently generating the VAT reports, the report consistently fails. Kindly refer to the image below:

Solution

For troubleshooting, the user can verify if the following bundles are updated by navigating to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles > List:

  • SuiteTax Engine
  • Tax Reporting Framework
  • EMEA Localization
  • Belgium Localization

If the bundles are updated but the issue persists, reinstalling them might be the next step. Additionally, the user should ensure that the Subsidiary has valid tax registrations.
