NSC | Create a Billing Schedule to bill equal amounts over 12 months

Scenario

User needs to create a Billing Schedule for a Sales Order to bill equal monthly amounts for over a 12-month period.

Solution

1. Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Billing Schedules > New
2. Set the following:
   1. Add the Billing Schedule Name
   2. Initial Amount = 0 (zero)
   3. Initial Payment Terms = Null
   4. Recurrence Frequency = Monthly
   5. Repeat Every = 1 month
   6. Recurrence Count = 12
   7. In Arrears = Unchecked
   8. Recurrence Payment Terms = Null
3. Click Save
4. Create the Sale Order from Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Orders
5. Enter all required details
6. In Billing tab, add the Billing Schedule you just created
7. Save the Sales Order

You can now check the Schedule from the Sales Order
