NSC | Report/Saved Search > Monthly Trial Balance Column

Scenario

The user wants to know if it is possible to create a Trial Balance Report or Saved Search with columns representing months.

Solution

This is currently a system limitation logged under Enhancement #114732 Reports > Financial > Trial Balance: Add the Column Footer (similar to one on Balance Sheet and Income Statement) to Trial Balance.

You can vote for this enhancement on the SuiteIdeas page.

There is an alternate solution that you can try below:

1. Navigate to Reports > Financial > Trial Balance > Customize

2. Edit Columns

3. Fields:

   Select the Amount (Debit/Credit) column

    Alternate Period Range Type: Relative to Report date

    Column Label : Amount (Debit/Credit)
