NSC | Rerunning Elimination Process > Expense and Income Accounts
Scenario
The user seeks clarification on the Elimination process. They want to know if it is possible to rerun Elimination for June 2024 to include transactions created after the initial Elimination for the same month. Additionally, they inquire about the scope of the Elimination process:
- Must Elimination be performed for one month at a time?
- If they run Elimination for the current month (August 2024), will it automatically process transactions posted in previous months (like June 2024) that haven't been eliminated yet?"
Solution
When user runs elimination, NetSuite posts elimination journal entries. User can run intercompany elimination for a period multiple times, as needed.
